At Khorlynnshiphrel, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which you may return products and request a refund, in compliance with EU consumer protection laws and the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (Forbrugeraftaleloven).

2. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or the European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU.

The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), physically receives the product.

3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return and full refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be returned within 14 calendar days of notifying us of your withdrawal
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it
  • The product seal must not be broken (for hygiene and health safety reasons, as permitted under Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU)
  • A proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) must be provided

4. Non-Returnable Items

In accordance with Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Sealed products that have been opened after delivery, where the return is not possible for health protection or hygiene reasons
  • Products that have been used or partially consumed
  • Products that are not in their original, undamaged packaging

5. Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us, unless the product was defective or the wrong item was sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your product.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund by email.

  • Approved refunds: Will be processed within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned product. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
  • Rejected refunds: If the product does not meet return conditions, we will notify you and may return the product to you at your expense.

We will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (if applicable). However, we may deduct from the refund any loss in value of the goods if the loss resulted from unnecessary handling by you.
